Why do some packs say “New recipe”? What has changed in the new FULFIL recipe?
At FULFIL, we are always exploring ways to meet our consumers' evolving taste preferences. As part of this, we have launched new recipes for selected bars in our range and our new bars say “New Recipe” on front of pack. Some of these bars have a new allergen profile and now contain peanut flour, while some of these now contain hazelnut flour. All allergens are clearly labelled on back of pack. Please check the packaging for all product specifications.The new bars that now have updated allergen information are:

What are the benefits of Fulfil bars?
FULFIL bars are a great option for a snack between meals, as well as for after exercise. In fact, FULFIL bars are high in protein and low in sugar. Each 55g bar contains at least 18g of protein, less than 3g of sugar and nine added vitamins.
For which occasions are FULFIL bars suitable?
FULFIL bars are suitable for a wide range of occasions including pre or post workout, a snack between meals or as a tasty treat with your cup of tea in the evening!
Are FULFIL bars suitable for vegetarians?
No, FULFIL bars are not suitable for vegetarians.
Are FULFIL bars suitable for people following a fully plant-based or vegan diet?

What allergens are in FULFIL Bars?
All nutritional information can be found on pack and in the website nutritional description.
WHAT VITAMINS ARE ADDED TO FULFIL BARS?
The vitamins added are Thiamine (vitamin B1), Riboflavin (vitamin B2), Niacin (vitamin B3), Vitamin B6, Folic Acid, Vitamin B12, Pantothenic acid, Vitamin C and Vitamin E.

We’re committed to using selected ingredients in all our products. Our labels clearly detail all our ingredients.
Are FULFIL Bars suitable for children?
No, FULFIL bars are not recommended for children for two reasons. First, we use sugar alcohols (erythritol and maltitol) to reduce sugar content*. While safe ingredients, they can cause extra gas and loose bowel movements in sensitive individuals, with children potentially experiencing stronger reactions if consuming large amounts.
Second, vitamin levels in our bars are based on adult reference intakes, which are often higher than children's requirements. FULFIL 40g bars provide a minimum of 22% of the NRV for 9 vitamins based on adult needs.
*Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Are FULFIL bars gluten free?
FULFIL bars contain OATS or are made in a facility that handles cereals containing GLUTEN. For this reason, we cannot guarantee that FULFIL bars are suitable for people with coeliac disease.

Are FULFIL bars Halal?
The following flavours are Halal certified: Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel, White Chocolate Cookies&Cream and White Chocolate Peanut Caramel

Where does the protein in FULFIL come from?
The protein in FULFIL bars comes mainly from milk proteins, collagen and soy.
Why did I receive the original recipe version of Fulfil?
As we phase in our new recipes, you may receive a product made to our existing recipe. Please note that the images and ingredient information shown online reflect the new recipe, which now includes peanut flour and hazelnut flour.

How can I pay for my order
FULFIL processes all payments using Stripe secure payments. All prices are displayed and charged in Pounds.
When will I receive my order
Completed orders are dispatched within a two day time frame & sent via a courier service. Please be aware our warehouse does not operate on weekends. Please note during specific times of the year of high demand, new product launches, Christmas, Black Friday etc delivery times may be longer.

How many bars are in each box
Each box contains 15 bars, 55g in size. Our mixed cases can vary but generally contain 10 bars.
Where is my order
